With the ongoing spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and the incredible speed at which things are changing around us, we are continually adapting our operations and business. Effective immediately and through the foreseeable future, NOVA Vacuums will be doing our part to stop the spread by ensuring limited customers in the stores and are offering curbside pick-up service and FREE PICK-UP AND DELIVERY of anything we sell including new vacuum sales, vacuum repairs and supplies such as vacuum bags, belts, etc. Should you decide to come to the store, we ask customers to limit one person from their household. We have instituted a contactless payment solution and we are also honoring the recommended 6ft social distancing.

Our sanitizing procedures are top notch and we are doing our very best to keep our customers safe, healthy, & happy. All vacuum returns are being sanitized with Denatured Alcohol prior to delivery. Our stores are also routinely sanitized.

We will continue offering our services as long as there is no further mandate from the State of Virginia or the Federal government.
